At St Pius X Windale, we believe that every child has the right to a quality Catholic education, regardless of financial circumstances. Our commitment to this belief is unwavering, and we are proud to follow the policy set by the Catholic Schools Office, ensuring that no child is denied a Catholic education due to financial hardship.
We understand that financial challenges can sometimes deter families from enrolling their children in a Catholic school. Therefore, we are pleased to announce our policy of financial support, which aims to make Catholic education accessible to all families in our community.
Financial Support for Your Child’s Education:
From 2024 when you choose to enrol your child at St Pius X Windale, you will benefit from the following financial exemptions:
- Tuition Fees
- School Building Levy
Whilst families will no longer have to pay the Tuition Fee or Building Levy, the School Resource Fee, which covers a range of costs including the supply of goods and services for students, will remain and will be advised by the school.
Furthermore, we are committed to supporting your child’s educational journey throughout their primary and secondary school years. The exemption provided for tuition fees and the school building levy will carry forward as your child progresses to a Catholic secondary school within the Maitland-Newcastle Diocese. This ensures a seamless and affordable transition for your child’s continued Catholic education.
If you have any questions or would like to start the enrolment process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly staff. We look forward to welcoming your child into our school and supporting their educational journey.
